Call for Presentations

Submit by January 15, 2008

Online submission: After completing form below, submit your proposal by clicking the Submit Proposal button at the bottom of the screen. You may have to scroll down to see the Submit Proposal button. You will immediately receive a thank you message and summary of your proposal information. You may want to save or print that page.
You should receive a confirmation email within a few days. Information regarding acceptance will be sent after Feb. 15.

All sessions are 60 minutes.

All accepted presenters and co-presenters must register for the conference and are responsible for
registration fees and expenses.

Only the contact person named in the registration will be notifed about the status of the proposal. The contact
is responsible for notifying all other co-presenters regarding the status, and the date, time, and location of the
presentation if the proposal is accepted.
